When our ARM adjusted, we were at a loss for what to do. Our house was nearly $60,000 upside down and we had failed at previous attempts to get it sold or refinanced. Hey Nate.   Just wanted to take a second and let you know you did an awesome job selling my house on a short sale. I was at my wits end and didn't know what to do. I found you online under short sale specialists, and after reading everything, you were close to where I lived and were very knowledgeable.  After we talked I knew that was the best thing for me to do. It was a little scary as everything went way faster than I expected. But it was all done perfect. Especially getting the price right BEFORE it was listed so there was no question or waiting on that.
